i29th July 2008Gosh, it's a difficult date to remember. Lol. Anyway, this entry is for a special friend on this special day. Some famous guy once said:
"Love, the concoction, is probably 1-part sweetness and 9-parts bitterness."
True, perhaps. But no one said that the 9 parts of bitterness would last for a longer duration than the 1 part of sweetness. For all you know, the 1 part sweetness is like a super duper concentrate of cane sugar extract, the kind which leads to emotional diabetes. =)
Plus, you can probably obtain bitterness from various sources, but the last time I checked, sweetness in life comes only from love, whatever its form. (be it kinship, friendship...etc)
so... All the best!
p.s. I'm never the kind who only believes in the conventional "best".

iThank You EveryoneI'm very appreciative of everything that's been bestowed upon me. It's kinda overwhelming, but I'd stay grounded to reality still. =)

My Confidantes - Thank you for listening to me whine, complain and lament all these while. Otherwise, I'd have become a hermit long ago.

lPre-Camp (and whatever else) JittersI've noticed that people enjoy blogging the very night before a camp. Guess Marvin's no exception, so here he is on blogger, barely 7.5 hours prior to meeting up at Pasir Ris MRT Station. =)
I'd be away for an orientation camp from Tuesday to Friday. For those who are interested, it's for USP, a programme I'd be undertaking in NUS. Pretty interesting, go take a look if you're keen to find out more.

This was supposed to a super lengthy post, which believe-it-or-not, I've came up with the words for it even before I got myself out of my bed in order to post. But here I am, sorely lacking the courage to verbalise my innermost thoughts, while all semblances of coherence continue to elude me.
