Been busy with many things:
1. working in lib. (yahhhhh, I was working in the lib for 2 weeks, lol)
2. helping out in BA_COMM's Recruitment Drive
3. doing interviews for Ambassadors
4. playing diablo II (it's not old school. it's not childish, or so I claim)
5. uni admission issues. Not gonna elaborate, but if for some obscure reason u'r interested to know more, please ask me in private, lol.
6. preparing some speeches.
7. bumming around.
So now you know why I have not been blogging.
Anyway, condolences to the victims (or their relatives) of Cyclone Nargis in Myanmar. With so many people dead, injured, lost and homeless, I seriously hope that everyone of us (myself inclusive) can be a little more satisfied with what we have, and not lament, quarrel, or bitch about things which really pale in comparison. While we may not be able to help them directly, being more contented and spending our energy on more positive endeavours would be more considerate.
I posed this question to my friend.
"In 7 words, tell me what's happiness to you."
"chocolate, ice cream, no stairs, no celery"
lol. he cheated actually, since "ice" "cream" could technically be "icecream", hahaha. My 7 would probably be something like this too, with "strawberries" and "lemon" probably. I can be quite obsessed with food too, lol.
But I think if I were to ask any of the people in Myanmar now, their answer would probably be something like:
"food, shelter, warmth, water, family, health, democracy"
Or maybe simply - Survival.
Why don't you guys share with me what's happiness to you, in 7 words? No cheating (of words), and no neccessity for politically correct answers. Cheers!
