Some trivia about this lady, she has her own show on tv - "The Katherine Tate Show". The series has previously been nominated for an Emmy award and numerous BAFTA awards (British Academy of Film and Television Arts).

Katherine co-writes her shows, and she has various characters, of which the more famous ones are Nan (a very mean and irritating grandmother) and definitely Lauren Cooper, with the famous catchphrase "I aint bovvered (instead of bothered)". She has performed in special episodes (Must Watch) with famous people like ex-British Prime Minister Tony Blair and pop band Mc Fly. She's even performed as Lauren in one of the Queen's celebrations!

IMHO (in my humble opinion), this is really an artiste who is talented and worth the watch. Nothing against local performers, I just don't find many reasons to watch local tv anymore.

I spent like one whole day during the exams period watching her. Don't expect many to find her funny the way I do. Enjoy. =)
