From young, I was taught that whenever there're any unhappy emotions, people should talk it out.
Whenever there's sth we'd like to say, we should always try to say it in the best way, whereby people would be most receptive towards.
Whenever others have something to tell us, we should likewise be very open towards their opinions.
If so, communication would be so ideal. But it isent.
I'm not saying that the above-mentioned ways are the best approaches. All I'm trying to convey is that interaction is a two-way process.
The cause to unhappiness is a two-way process.
And, the simplest solution to such unhappiness also requires actions from all parties.
Sometimes, we look at what happened, and keep telling ourselves,
"I've already done this this, that that, very good already."
Why not ask ourselves,
"What else could I have done, what more can I do in future?"
Many a times, even though we know very well what we could say to make things better, we don't. Why? Because we claim, "we dun care".
If you really don't care, you wldnt have been unhappy.
